The cottage “Hill of Happiness” is an independent and isolated house on the own land (about 5 acres) of Patrice and Yvonne.
\nOutside the cottage, there are their own house, stables, cellars and the meadow.
\nThe cottage is fully restored and is situated on a higher plateau.
\nIt has its own gate (where you can load and unload your luggage), a large enclosed patio (approx. 12 x 12 meters) with covered terrace and furniture and a private entrance for exclusive use of tenants.
\nIn the most northern corner of the site are two caravans, one of which is leased.
\nThe cottage is built of limestone, typical of the Loire Valley. The walls have been restored and reinstalled.
\nAll floors and ceilings have been improved and also the water supply of electricity and drainage.
\nThe oak beams are visible in all three rooms. The roof is covered with old stoves.
\nOn the terrace one can have breakfast as well as dinner in the evening.
\nThe atmosphere is welcoming and warm. You will be amazed by the sunsets and endless hills.<\/p>\n

G\u00eete Colline du Bonheur is een zelfstandig, apart gelegen vakantiehuis op het ca. 1 hectare terrein van Yvonne en Patrice.\nBehalve de g\u00eete staan er het eigen woonhuis, stallen en zijn er caves en een paardenwei.\nDe compleet gerestaureerde g\u00eete staat op een hoger gelegen plateau.\nHet heeft een eigen poort, waar u uw baggage kunt lossen en laden, een grote (ca. 12 x 12 meter) omsloten patio met een gemeubileerd, overdekt terras en eigen entr\u00e9e, exclusief voor gebruik van de gasten.\nUw auto kunt u op een hoger gelegen terrein veilig parkeren.\nIn de uiterste Noordhoek van het terrein staan (uit het zicht) twee caravans,waarvan er een wordt verhuurd.\nDe\u00a0g\u00eete\u00a0is gebouwd van kalkstenen die typerend zijn voor de\u00a0Loirevallei.\nDe muren zijn gerestaureerd en opnieuw gevoegd.\nAlle vloeren en plafonds zijn vernieuwd, evenals de elektra, water aan- en afvoer.\nDe eiken draagbalken zijn in alle drie de vertrekken zichtbaar. Het dak is voorzien van ouderwetse pannen.\nOp de patio ontbijten en er \u2019s avonds dineren, de sfeer is gemoedelijk, landelijk en gastvrij.\nU zult versteld staan van de prachtige zonsondergangen en het uitgestrekte heuvellandschap.<\/p>\n\n

G\u00eete Colline du Bonheur<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\nLe g\u00eete Colline du Bonheur est une maison ind\u00e9pendante et isol\u00e9e sur le terrain priv\u00e9 (d'environ 1 ha) de Yvonne et Patrice Seveau de Hiep.\nEn dehors du g\u00eete, il y a la maison principale, des \u00e9curies, des caves et un pr\u00e9.\nLe g\u00eete est enti\u00e8rement restaur\u00e9 et est situ\u00e9 sur un plateau plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que la maison principale.\nLe g\u00eete a son propre portail afin de vous faciliter l'acc\u00e8s (o\u00f9 vous pouvez charger\/d\u00e9charger vos bagages) et un grand patio clos\n(env. 12 x 12 m\u00e8tres) avec une terrasse couverte.\nDans le coin extr\u00eame nord du site, hors de la vue, sur une terrasse plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e se trouvent deux caravanes, dont une est lou\u00e9.\nLe g\u00eete est construit en pierre calcaire typique de la vall\u00e9e de la Loire. Les murs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement restaur\u00e9s.\nTous les planchers et plafonds ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9galement restaur\u00e9s, ainsi que l'alimentation en eau, l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et l'\u00e9vacuation.\nLes poutres en ch\u00eane sont visibles dans les trois pi\u00e8ces. Le toit a tuiles restaur\u00e9 \u00e0 l'ancienne.\nVous serez ravis de pouvoir prendre votre petit-d\u00e9jeuner ou d\u00eener, ou de faire un barbecue (sur place) dans cette ambiance chaleureuse et champ\u00eatre au calme et en plein nature.\n
