The layout of the cottage<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n

The entry consists of a small staircase that leads to the kitchen with fireplace and antique wood burner.
\nIn the space of about 40 m2 stand a comfortable lounge, a diner table and chairs and kitchen.
\nThe kitchen has a refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, kettle, sink and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for four people. <\/p>\n

You’ll also have a reserve of coffee, tea and spices.
\nFrom the window in the kitchen you see the geese and chickens in the backyard around the home of Yvonne and Patrice. <\/p>\n

\nBeside the kitchen is the first sleeping room in which one double of 1.40 to 1.90 meters.
\nIn this comfortable room is also the entrance to the bathroom, with a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and storage space.<\/p>\n

Apart from the first chamber is the second bedroom with two beds of 0.90 to 2 meters, which may be placed apart or side-by-side.
\nThis room has an exit that leads directly to the covered terrace and patio.<\/p>\n

                  Indeling<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\r\nDe entr\u00e9e bestaat uit een stenen trapje dat leidt naar de woonkeuken met antieke schouw en houtkachel.\r\n\"Keuken\"In deze ruimte van ca. 40 m2 staan een comfortabele zithoek, een eettafel met stoelen en is de keukenhoek.\r\nDe keukenhoek is voorzien van een koelkast met vriesvak, gasfornuis met oven, een koffiezetapparaat, een waterkoker, spoelbak en voldoende servies, bestek en pannen voor vier personen.\r\n\r\nBovendien treft u er een voorraadje koffie, thee en kruiden aan. Wanneer u iets aan keukengereedschappen mist, dan kan Yvonne u daar wellicht direct aan helpen.\r\nVanuit het keukenraam bij de keukenhoek ziet u de ganzen en kippen scharrelen op het lager gelegen erf rondom het huis van Yvonne en Patrice.\r\n\r\n\"Slaapkamer\r\n\r\nVanuit de ramen bij de zithoek en de slaapkamers kijkt u op uw eigen patio met bloemen en planten.\r\nNaast de woonkeuken bevindt zich de eerste slaapkamer waarin een twee persoonsbed van 1,40 bij 1,90 meter.\r\nIn deze knusse slaapkamer is tevens de ingang naar de badkamer. Hierin treft u een douche, wastafel, toilet en wasmachine aan.\r\nNaast de eerste slaapkamer bevindt zich de tweede slaapkamer waarin twee eenpersoonsbedden van 0,90 bij 2 meter en een Franse linnenkast staan.\r\n\r\nDeze slaapkamer heeft een uitgang die direct uitkomt op het overdekte terras en de patio.\r\nBeide slaapkamers kijken uit op de eigen patio.\r\n\r\n\"Slaapkamer\r\n

                                  L'am\u00e9nagement du g\u00eete<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\r\nL'entr\u00e9e, un petit escalier de la cour privatif du gite, m\u00e8ne \u00e0 la cuisine et salon avec chemin\u00e9e et po\u00eale \u00e0 bois antique.\r\nDans cet espace d'environ 40 m2 se trouvent un salon confortable, et le coin cuisine avec une table ronde et 4 chaises. \r\nLa cuisine est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'un r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, cuisini\u00e8re avec four, cafeti\u00e8re, bouilloire, un \u00e9vier et beaucoup de vaisselle, des couverts et ustensiles de cuisine pour quatre personnes.\r\n\r\nVous aurez aussi une r\u00e9serve de caf\u00e9, de th\u00e9 et d'\u00e9pices. \r\nDe la fen\u00eatre de la cuisine vous pouvez 'surveiller' les oies et les poules dans la basse cour autour de la maison d'Yvonne et Patrice.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nLes fen\u00eatres du salon et des chambres donnent sur votre cour privatif.\r\nA c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la cuisine se trouve la premi\u00e8re chambre avec un lit de 2 personnes de 140 x 190m. \r\nCette chambre confortable est aussi l'entr\u00e9e de la salle de bains, \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'une douche, d'un lavabo, des toilettes, une machine \u00e0 laver et un coin de stockage.\r\n\r\nLa deuxi\u00e8me chambre se trouve juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 avec deux lits de 90 x 200m qui peuvent \u00eatre juxtapos\u00e9s ou s\u00e9par\u00e9s dans la pi\u00e8ce, cette chambre dispose \u00e9galement d'une sortie qui m\u00e8ne directement \u00e0 la terrasse couverte et patio.\r\n\r\n\r\n
